Khalil Rahma began his volunteer work journey when he joined the scouting movement at the age of thirteen. He progressed through leadership positions to become the Secretary-General of the Emirates Scout Association and the Volunteer Executive Director of Dubai Scout Commission. Throughout his journey, he has motivated young people to be active citizens by training them and forming volunteer groups who contributed thousands of hours of voluntary work serving the nation. Khalil has participated in numerous national and community initiatives and received multiple medals and awards recognizing his efforts in promoting volunteerism and community development. His path reflects deep commitment to scouting values and a spirit of giving in service of his country and community.
